Full-time support worker
Overview
Benefits
Forever Savvy offers vocational training and support for adults with learning disabilities. Our aim is to make life more meaningful for people with a learning disability. We provide outdoor education centres and a café setting with the sole aim of helping people to take their first steps towards employment. Our community projects enable people to work with animals, on the land, or within our very own Tea & Coffee Shop. Based within a safe environment, we give people the opportunity to learn new life and work skills, and to achieve a healthy emotional and physical balance in their lives.
The Role
Are you passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential?
Forever Savvy is seeking a dedicated Support Worker/Job Coach to join our team across two centres, Horse Savvy and Creative Savvy, located in Broughton Astley and Bagworth.
At Creative Savvy, we cultivate an allotment-style garden and use recycled pallets to craft wooden products for sale in the local community. At Horse Savvy, you'll work in an outdoor equestrian environment all year-round.
Role Overview
In this fulfilling, full-time role, you'll work with adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, fostering experiential learning and personal growth through hands-on, work-based activities. As a Support Worker/Job Coach, you'll support and inspire clients to build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and engage meaningfully in their work placements across both centres.
