The Role
An individual requires support with enhancing their life. Preferred days/times: Mornings Saturday and Sundays Tasks/duties: To support the client with personal care The client requires support with daily living tasks including meals, drinks, changing bed sheets, laundry and essential cleaning tasks, and to do shopping Client main diagnosis: Spinal Spondylosis, Osteoporosis, High blood pressure, Severe fatigue, Low mood and anxiety, Asthma, Osteoarthritis, Cellulitis, Sleep apnoea, recurrent urine tract infections, Catheter in situ and restricted movement in left shoulder. Moving and Handling: The client mobilises very short distances with two sticks Wheelchar for longer distances Client enjoys: watching television This opportunity is suited for someone who is, reliable, patient, and proactive.
